Jerame Donley is no stranger to racing. His father, Craig, worked with Sam Ard and the late Dale Earnhardt from 1986 until 1996 as a tire changer and a team spotter.
Jerame is young, full of talent, and headed to the top of professional stock car racing. At 22 years of age, Jerame Donley has won multiple NASCAR Late Model Stock Car events across the Southeast and has made three starts in the USAR Hooters ProCup Series.
Since he began racing at age ten, Jerame has overcome each challenge he has faced rising through the ranks.
Jerame began racing in 1996 with the World Karting Association (WKA). He spent three seasons racing go-karts, improving his natural ability to wheel a race vehicle. He made 49 starts while go-karting with the World Karting Association, picking up three poles, three wins, 21 top-3's, 36 top-5's, and 45 top-10's. Jerame broke through in
1999 winning seven times and earned the Lowe's Motor Speedway Winter Shootout Young Guns Championship in his first year in the 600 Racing Bandoleros. In 2000 Jerame was the runner-up in Lowe's Motor Speedway Summer Shootout Young Guns division and competed in the 3rd Annual Bandolero Nationals at Atlanta Motor Speedway, setting
a new track record for qualifying in the Young Guns Division. In all Jerame made 54 starts in the 600 Racing Bandoleros and racked-up 12 poles, 23 wins, 40 top-3's, and 51 top-10's.

Jerame saw more changes in 2001 when he began competing in the Allison Legacy Series. He spent two seasons racing with the Allison Legacy Series, winning races at tracks like Martinsville Speedway, Indianapolis Raceway Park, and Hickory Motor Speedway. He made 38 starts in two years with the series, scoring ten victories, eight poles, 21 top-3's, 25 top-5's, and 32 top-10's. Jerame and Donley Motorsports took the 2003 season off in order to prepare for his Late Model Stock Car debut.
With his Donley Motorsports Monte Carlo, Jerame Donley made his NASCAR Late Model Stock Car debut in 2004.
By seasons end, Jerame again proved he could meet the challenges of a news series, winning a NASCAR Late Model Stock Car event at Motor Mile Speedway in Radford, Virginia on September 11, 2004. Jerame made 22 starts in 2004, won his career first Late Model Stock Car event, took home four pole awards, and earned 4 top-3’s, 8 top-5’s, and 16 top-10’s.
In 2005 Jerame competed at numerous race tracks with his family's #5, winning at Caraway Speedway and posting four poles, 6 top-3’s, 8 top-5’s, and 12 top-10’s in just 19 starts. Jerame also made his USAR Hooters ProCup Debut in 2005 at Myrtle Beach Speedway.
The 2006 season started just like any team hopes to, in victory lane. 31 NASCAR Weekly Racing Series starts, 22 top-ten’s, 12 top-five’s, 8 top-three’s, 2 poles, and 2 wins highlighted the season. Jerame finished all but two races, crossed the finish line in the top-ten 71 percent of the time, and competed at six different race tracks in three different states.
In 2007 Jerame scored one win, four top-5's, and 18 top-10's. He finished 3rd in the Virginia State NASCAR Whelen All-American Series standings, 5th in the Motor Mile Speedway NASCAR Whelen All-American Series track standings, and
he finished 34th of over 500 in National NASCAR Whelen All-American Series standings.
Jerame, after graduating from UNC-Charlotte this May, hopes to contend for several wins in 2008 with his family owned Donley Motorsports team. Jerame will compete at several different race tracks in 2008, concentrating on several season ending races with his family's NASCAR Late Model Stock Car.
